Cumbria Tourism Committee Members 2008/2009
The 21 members of the Commercial Members Committee represent the wider membership and are from a range of sectors and geographical areas across the county. Elections for vacant seats take place at the Annual General Meeting in May and elected candidates sit of the Committee for a three year term.
The Committee Members must be enthusiastic and committed with the time to attend 5 full day meetings a year. In addition Committee Members sit on various working groups and this generally consists of 4 half day meeting per year. Invitations to stand for election are sent to each Cumbria Tourism member about one month prior to the AGM.
