CADAS at Work

CADAS at Work is the business arm of local charity, Cumbria Addictions: Advice & Solutions.

The use and abuse of Alcohol and other substances in the workplace is on the rise.

Business owners and managers will recognise this and the potentially negative effects it can have on prodctivity teamwork. CADAS at Work provides advice on HR policies (many of which do not cover these issues adequately), management training and staff awareness to reduce the harm that can be caused to your business.

We also provide coaching and support to you and your staff who are living with habits, compulsive or addictive behaviour of any sort from drugs, alcohol or gambling, to social media obsession.
