The business was founded by Thomas Shortridge in 1845 and provides a tailored service for our customers – delivering up to 6 times per week.

The Shortridge service is based on fine linen and towels, quality workwear, high laundering standards, and exceptional customer care. We go out of our way to meet customer needs for linen hire across Scotland and the north of England.

The unique Shortridge Deluxe range is the ultimate in affordable fine linens. Sheets are 300 thread count Egyptian cotton and our Jacquard pillowcases and duvet covers are 300 thread count, 100% cotton. Heavyweight Turkish 600 gsm towels and bath robes complete this luxury range.
