Customer Service Workshop
This FREE workshop will help employers/employees to understand the importance of good customer service. It looks at the importance of appropriate behaviour and communication techniques and the consequences of not getting this right.
Who should attend:
- Employers/employees working in a customer service role who deal directly with customers face to face, over the phone or by email.
Why it’s important:
No matter what size/type of business you operate, excellent customer service needs to be at its core, if you wish to be successful. That’s not just for your external customers it’s your internal customers as well. Valued staff create happy/satisfied customers who will return time after time. When anyone deals with your business they should feel valued and receive the very best experience every time. Many businesses fail to understand the importance to their business of good customer service or the cost of poor customer service. Knowing how you can consistently achieve the highest standards is crucial to the future success of your organisation.
