Developing your Recruitment Practices Workshop

Recruitment decisions can have a lasting impact on the future success of organisations. This workshop is interactive and involves looking at recruitment, the legalities and best practice surrounding recruitment. The interview remains the most popular method of selection and does have its fair share of strengths and weaknesses so this workshop will also explore some of the methods to improve the reliability of the interview and in particular some of the skills, tips and methods to do this.

We will cover four core areas:
