Sustainable and Low Carbon Food: what does the future hold?

Aimed at the food sector this event will focus on reducing carbon footprint through efficiencies, reducing food waste, food that is less carbon intensive to produce, and sustainable energy use along with consumer product information. We welcome keynote speaker, Mike Berners-Lee, Small World Consulting. Mike is a professor at Lancaster University where his research includes sustainable food systems and carbon metrics.
