When you use this site you may submit information to us through our on-line shop and enquiry forms for the following reasons:

Purchasing Cumbria Tourism products from our online shop
When you purchase Cumbria Tourism membership or other marketing products via our online shop, the transaction is recorded, and an invoice is generated. This data is held securely as a record of purchases made. We never sell, share or transfer your personal information with any third party.
Contacting us using our contact page form
When you contact us using our contact page or online chat, your name and email address are sent to Cumbria Tourism along with your request. We will use your details only to help you with your enquiry and only will forward your enquiry to the relevant Golakes business advertiser if the enquiry contains a request relating to that business. Cumbria Tourism Awards
Any data you provide via a Cumbria Tourism Awards entry will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy, VisitEngland’s privacy policy and OpenWater’s privacy policy (application software provider) available on their websites. The Organiser, VisitEngland and OpenWater reserve the right to amend their privacy policies from time to time, and new versions will be provided on their websites. The most up to date version of any policies hosted on their websites will bind you and them.
