Recruitment and retention of staff is a concern for many of our members (88% according to our latest Business Tracker Survey).

Looking at our own in county future workforce, Cumbria Tourism is working alongside the Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership (CLEP) and key partners to promote local career opportunities to schools and colleges within the county.
