Meeting Room Hire

Cumbria Tourism’s Staveley HQ is a great location for your meeting requirements. Just off the A591 between Kendal and Windermere, we are located on main bus routes and within an easy 10 minute walk of Staveley railway station. We also have off-road parking available on site.

Main Meeting Room

Our main meeting room offers a flexible space, available to hire during office working hours at a half day or full day rate. It is situated on the ground floor, along with accessible WC facilities. We have one disabled parking space available on site.

Cumbria Tourism Conference Room

Capacity:

  • U Shape – 12 people
  • Board Room Style – 16 people
  • Classroom Style – 20 people
  • Theatre Style – 25 people

Equipment:

  • Internet access
  • LCD Projector
  • Use of Meeting OWL Pro (360° video conferencing camera) for online meetings
  • Flipchart

Room Hire Rates:

  • Full day room hire (9am to 4.30pm) – £120+VAT
  • Half day room hire (9am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 4.30pm) – £60+VAT

Tea and coffee refreshments can also be booked at the additional rate of £2.50 per person, payable on the day of the booking.

  • Cold food buffets can be ordered in for team lunches and refreshments, we can recommend suppliers if required.
  • Use of plates, cutlery etc is available free of charge, we just ask that these are washed after use.

Hot Desking

If you need some working space on an individual basis or just for a short-term, we have a number of ‘hot-desking’ spaces available, which can be booked either by the day or in multi-day blocks.

Hot Desking prices:

Per day ad-hoc: £15 + VAT

5 days a month package: £67.50 + VAT

10 days a month package: £135 + VAT
