Recruitment and retention of staff is a major concern for many of our members (68% according to our latest Business Tracker Survey).
With our industry providing 38,000 FTE positions across the county, plus the Government’s immigration proposals, it is vital that we work together to source enthusiastic and committed new staff.
Looking at our own in county future workforce, Cumbria Tourism is working alongside the Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership (CLEP) and key partners to promote local career opportunities to schools and colleges within the county.
